Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Cookie Dough Fudge Cups

Jump to Recipe

if you’re looking for something rich, sweet, and satisfying that takes almost no effort to make… these four ingredient peanut butter banana cookie dough fudge cups are it.

they’re creamy, fudgy, full of peanut butter flavor, and packed with chocolate chips for that classic cookie dough vibe.

the texture is what makes them next-level.

once they’ve chilled in the freezer, they’re perfectly firm but still soft enough to bite into—like a thick peanut butter fudge meets frozen cookie dough.

and thanks to the banana and protein powder, they’re naturally sweet, super filling, and totally feel-good.

what they taste like

imagine a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough, but cold, fudgy, and melt-in-your-mouth.

the banana adds just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the peanut butter, and the chocolate chips give each bite a little crunch and richness.

they’re indulgent and wholesome all at once.

how easy are they to make? incredibly.

you’ll just need a food processor and four simple ingredients:

  • peanut butter
  • overripe bananas
  • vanilla protein powder
  • chocolate chips

blend everything but the chocolate chips until smooth, stir those in, then scoop into parchment-lined muffin cups and freeze.

that’s it. no baking, no complicated steps—just simple, delicious snack prep in minutes.

add-ins and substitutions

  • use almond butter or cashew butter instead of peanut butter for a different flavor
  • swap the chocolate chips for chopped dark chocolate, cacao nibs, or even raisins
  • add cinnamon or vanilla bean paste for a flavor boost
  • stir in chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or seeds for a little texture
  • make them sweeter by adding a tablespoon of maple syrup if your bananas aren’t super ripe

how to store them

keep them in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

they’re best enjoyed straight from the freezer after sitting out for just a few minutes to soften slightly.
