Healthy Protein Cheesecake Fluff

Jump to Recipe

ultra creamy protein cheesecake fluff (4 servings)

if you’re looking for a dessert that tastes like cheesecake but feels light, whipped, and totally spoonable—this protein cheesecake fluff is it.

it’s a dreamy mix of rich cream cheese and tangy greek yogurt, sweetened just right with a touch of honey and flavored with vanilla bean for that classic cheesecake taste.

but unlike traditional cheesecake, this version is packed with protein and takes minutes to make, no baking required.

taste + texture

this fluff tastes just like the inside of a cheesecake—sweet, tangy, and vanilla-rich with a creamy, decadent mouthfeel.

thanks to the whipped cream cheese and greek yogurt, it’s smooth and thick but with a light, mousse-like fluffiness that feels indulgent without being too heavy.

the protein boost

each serving has over 24 grams of protein, making it perfect for a post-dinner treat, mid-afternoon snack, or even a quick sweet breakfast.

the greek yogurt and protein powder do the heavy lifting here, while the cream cheese brings in that classic cheesecake flavor and creaminess.

how to make it

you’ll only need five ingredients and one bowl:

  • 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey, to taste

just beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in the rest until smooth and luscious. pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes to thicken slightly, then it’s ready to serve.

topping ideas

you can keep it simple or dress it up depending on your cravings:

  • fresh berries like blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries
  • a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers for that cheesecake crust feel
  • chia jam or a spoonful of berry compote
  • chopped nuts or granola for a little crunch
  • a drizzle of peanut or almond butter for a richer dessert vibe

customization options

want to change it up? here are a few ways:

  • dairy-free: use a dairy-free cream cheese and a thick coconut yogurt
  • flavored fluff: swirl in a spoonful of peanut butter, lemon zest, or a bit of cocoa powder
  • lower fat: use light cream cheese or cut the cream cheese down to 6 oz if you want a lighter version
  • higher protein: add another half scoop of protein powder and a splash of dairy-free milk if needed

how to store it

store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4–5 days. it stays thick and delicious, but give it a stir before serving if it settles.

this recipe doesn’t freeze well, so keep it chilled and enjoy it fresh.
