a dreamy, whipped iced coffee with a protein boost
this iced whipped protein coffee is light, fluffy, and packed with bold coffee flavor.
it’s sweetened gently with coconut sugar and finished with a hint of vanilla and a scoop of protein for a satisfying and energizing start to your day.
the whipped topping floats beautifully over a glass of iced milk — like a fancy coffeehouse treat made right in your kitchen.
it’s honestly better than anything that i’ve found in a coffee shop!

how it works: whip first, then fold
the trick to getting a thick, cloud-like whip is to beat the hot coffee, coconut sugar, and boiling water first — just those three ingredients.
once that’s fully whipped and stable, fold in vanilla paste and your favorite vanilla protein powder, and beat again until creamy and smooth.
this two-step method gives you the best texture and structure.
rich flavor, airy texture
the whipped layer is light and velvety, almost like a cold foam, and melts perfectly into the iced milk below.
since adding protein powder, the whip becomes just slightly less airy than traditional dalgona coffee — but it’s a delicious tradeoff for the extra protein boost.
it’s bold, smooth, and just the right amount of indulgent.

easy to customize
you can swap the coconut sugar for maple sugar date sugar, or monk fruit.
chocolate or caramel protein powders are great options too. and if you don’t have vanilla paste, a splash of vanilla extract works just fine.
use your favorite dairy-free milk — almond, oat, soy, or cashew.
best enjoyed right away
this drink is meant to be served fresh. the whip is most stable and airy right after mixing, so don’t wait too long to enjoy it.
pour, sip, and stir if you like a more blended finish.
