1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-4 tablespoons dairy-free milk (as needed)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

I don’t use protein powder and don’t want to.
What can I use as a substitute???
maybe oat flour! you will have to adjust all of the other ingredients though! 🙂
