no bake double chocolate bliss rolls

if you’re a chocolate lover, these no bake double chocolate bliss rolls are going to be your new favorite treat.

they’re rich, creamy, and packed with deep chocolate flavor.

every bite feels like a decadent dessert, but they’re made with wholesome, plant-based ingredients.

the texture is absolutely dreamy – soft and chewy on the outside with a luscious, creamy chocolate filling inside.

they taste like an indulgent treat you’d find at a fancy dessert shop, but they’re so simple to make and much better for you.

i’ve created several versions of no bake rolls over time, from caramel, cinnamon and fruity fillings, but this version is dedicated to all the chocolate lovers out there.

it’s double chocolate heaven, combining cocoa powder in the dough with a silky chocolate filling made with vegan cream cheese and butter.

how to make them

making these rolls is easy and fun.

start by blending oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla into a thick dough.

roll it out into a rectangle between two sheets of parchment paper to keep things mess-free.

the filling is equally simple – a quick mix of vegan cream cheese, vegan butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla creates a creamy, rich layer.

spread it over the dough, roll it up, and pop it into the freezer to set.

once firm, slice into rolls and enjoy!

substitution options

  • don’t have almond butter? peanut butter or sunflower seed butter will work.
  • need a nut-free version? swap the almond flour for oat flour and the almond butter for tahini or sunflower seed butter.
  • you can adjust the sweetness by using more or less maple syrup in both the dough and the filling.

a better-for-you treat

these no bake rolls are sweetened naturally with maple syrup and use wholesome ingredients like oat and almond flour.

they’re vegan, gluten-free, and free of refined sugars, but they still taste incredibly indulgent.

they’re perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings without the sugar crash.

storage

store these bliss rolls in the freezer to keep them firm and fresh.

just let them thaw for a few minutes before eating for the best texture.

they’ll last up to two weeks in the freezer, but chances are, they’ll disappear much sooner!

if you’ve been searching for a chocolate treat that’s both satisfying and nourishing, these no bake double chocolate bliss rolls are it.

give them a try and let me know what you think!

  1. These look and sound divine ! Do you think cashew cheese / cream may work in place of the vegan cream cheese? Looking for minimally ultra-processed ingredients ! Thanks so much!
