make the filling: without cleaning the food processor, combine the vegan cream cheese, vegan butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. blend until smooth. you can also use an electric mixer or hand-mix.
assemble the rolls: spread the chocolate filling evenly over the rolled-out dough. freeze for 20 minutes, then carefully roll into a log.
