NOTE: to double the recipe, double everything but the baking powder and baking soda. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the wet ingredients first and then add in the dry ones.
fold in the chocolate chips and add to a greased 6 inch cast iron skillet.
bake at 350 degrees for 21-22 minutes. best eaten the day of but you can store the cookie skillet in an airtight container in the fridge.
