Ingredients
protein fudge bars
1 cup runny peanut butter
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (62g total, 31g per scoop)
chocolate drizzle
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
mix the protein fudge bar ingredients until smooth and well-combined.
add to a parchment lined bread loaf pan and evenly spread out.
you can add chopped peanuts or nuts to the top if desired.
place in the freezer for 2 hours.
remove, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together and then drizzle on the bars.
place back in the freezer for 20 minutes and enjoy!! store in the freezer in an airtight container and thaw a little before eating!
