Ingredients
base layer
3 cups pretzels
1/3 cup runny peanut butter
1 cup pitted medjool dates
1/3 cup dairy free milk
peanut butter filling
1/2 cup runny peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 and 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
Instructions
add all base layer ingredients to a food processor and blend until a sticky and grainy consistency forms.
then, add to a parchment lined bread loaf pan.
mix the peanut butter filling ingredients and pour over the base layer.
freeze for several hours, cut into bars and then drizzle with the chocolate once it cools.
store in the freezer in an airtight container and thaw a bit before eating.
