Ingredients
cookie dough
2 cups granola-see text for brand i used
1/2 cup runny nut butter
1/2 cup dairy free yogurt
2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder(about 60g)
1/4 cup dairy free milk (can add more if dough is too dry- just taste test)
nut butter for the center
melted chocolate
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
add the cookie dough ingredients to a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms.
mold the dough into cookies the size of your choosing and then form a shallow hole in the center.
add a little bit of nut butter (i mix mine with a tiny bit of coconut oil so it hardens well) and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
melt the chocolate and coconut oil and then top the cookies. place back in the freezer for 30 minutes and then enjoy!
