Ingredients
crust
8 pitted large medjool dates
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1/2 cup runny peanut butter or any nut butter
4 tbsp coconut flour
filling
8 oz vegan cream cheese
1 and 1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
Instructions
Add all crust ingredients to a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms.
Spread out on a parchment lined 8 x 8 baking pan.
Freeze for 30 minutes and make the filling.
Add all filling ingredients to a blender and blend until a thick and smooth consistency forms.
Pour on top of the crust and freeze for 3 hours.
Cut into slices, top with your favorites, and enjoy!
Store in the freezer in an airtight container and thaw before eating.
