Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
store bought vanilla frosting
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees. mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and then add in the wet ones.
add to lightly greased ramekins about 3/4 way full with the batter and bake for 35 minutes.
let the cakes cool down completely and then add the frosting.
store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
