Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup apple juice with no added sugar
1/4 cup creamy dairy free yogurt (i used coco June)
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup creamy almond butter or peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon/sugar for topping
3-4 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and then add in the wet ones. add the batter to an 8 x 11 baking pan. add the cinnamon sugar to the top.
bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and cool down completely before adding any icing (i just used coconut yogurt).
store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy.
