Ingredients
16 ounces runny peanut butter (used whole foods brand)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
chocolate coating
1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
mix the peanut butter ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until a thick dough forms.
spread onto a parchment lined bread loaf pan.
freeze for 20 minutes.
melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil and pour on top. top with your favorites like toasted coconut or sea salt.
freeze for a couple of hours, thaw a bit before slicing so the chocolate doesn't crack much and enjoy!!
