Ingredients
16 ounces pasta of your choosing
sauce
1/3 cup + 1-2 tbsp buffalo sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
8 ounces extra firm tofu
1/2 cup creamy coconut yogurt
1 tbsp tamari
1 garlic clove
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup dairy free plain milk
vegan shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
cook the pasta fully according to package directions,
add the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until a thick and smooth sauce forms.
add to the pasta and mix well. place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish and top with vegan shredded cheese.
bake at 350 for 22 minutes and enjoy! store in the fridge in an airtight container.
