Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup gluten free 1:1 baking flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 smaller overripe bananas mashed
1/3 cup very creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped peanut butter cups
store bought vanilla frosting for topping
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the cake ingredients until a thick batter forms and then fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.
add to an 8 x 8 inch cake pan. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
cool down completely, add frosting and enjoy! store in the fridge in an airtight container.
