Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup arrowroot powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1 and 1/3 cup mashed overripe banana
1/2 cup runny almond butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
buttercream
2 sticks vegan butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mash the banana and mix all ingredients in a bowl until a batter forms and everything is well-combined!
bake in a cake pan (8x8) at 350 for 40 minutes.
for the buttercream, add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a super smooth consistency forms.
let the cake cool COMPLETELY and then add the buttercream.
store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!
