Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose unbleached organic flour
  • 1 tbsp organic corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 cup organic raw cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup dairy free plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips

store bought chocolate frosting 

Instructions

  • preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • mix the cupcake batter ingredients until a thick yet somewhat runny batter forms. then, fold in the chocolate chips and evenly distribute into parchment paper muffin cups.
  • bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. cool down completely before frosting and enjoy!
  • store in the fridge in an airtight container.
