mix the base layer ingredients in a large bowl until a thick batter forms. add to a bread loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
warm up the fudge ingredients in a microwave for 1 min total but 30 seconds at a time and mix until silky smooth.
pour on top of the base layer and place in the freezer for 45 minutes.
take out and place toppings on top if you want and put back in the freezer for 6 hours. cut into squares, store in the freezer or fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!
