Ingredients
24 ounces golden potatoes cut in half
16 ounces nibble potatoes (or more gold)
2 tbsp avocado oil
dressing
1/2 cup dairy free yogurt
1 tsp sriracha
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
1/3 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
toss the potatoes with avocado oil and bake for 35 minutes.
whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over the warm potatoes.
mix in the green onions and enjoy!
