Ingredients
16 oz extra firm tofu
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tsp sriracha (used yellowbird)
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp very finely minced garlic
Instructions
use a couple of paper towels or a clean, lint free towel to press out some of the liquid.
then, cut into cubes and add to a large bowl.
next, add the remaining ingredients for the sauce and mix with a spoon. combine well and ensure the tofu is coated.
bake on a parchment lined baking tray at 400 degrees for 37 minutes.
