Ingredients
1 overripe medium size mashed banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp runny almond butter
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or any dairy free
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp flax meal
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 or 1/3 cup frozen blueberries (fresh is fine)
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the wet ingredients first and then add in the dry ones.
mix until a thick batter forms and then fold in the blueberries.
add to an oven safe ramekin and bake for 28 minutes. let it cool down a bit to set and enjoy!
