cook the jam ingredients on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until jam is thick and stir periodically.
mix the brownie layer ingredients and roll them into balls or add to silicone ice cube molds. freeze for 30 minutes. then, add them to the top of flattened out medjool dates.
scoop a spoonful of raspberry jam on top of the brownie layer.
place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
dunk in the melted chocolate and place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
