Ingredients
1 lb jarred peach halves rinsed and drained
1 lb strawberries cut into halves or quarters
3 medium sized bananas sliced
1 tbsp organic corn starch
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
topping
1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup runny almond butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oats
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
add the fruit, corn starch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to large mixing bowl and mix well.
add to an 8 x 11 baking dish.
mix the topping ingredients in a bowl until a thick dough forms. place on top of the fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes.
store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!
