Ingredients
2 cups gluten free rolled oats
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup sunflower seed butter
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix all of the granola ingredients until well-combined and everything is coated.
transfer to a parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
remove the tray, rotate it 180 degrees and bake another 10 minutes.
remove the granola from the oven and let it cool down completely, at least 30 minutes. then, break the granola into clusters.
if you would like to bake the chewy center pieces for a little longer, place them in the oven for a few minutes at 350 degrees.
store in an airtight container and enjoy!
