1/3 cup flax meal
1/3 cup runny almond butter
3/4 cup medjool dates
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup dairy free milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup maple syrup
chocolate coating
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
sprinkles for topping chocolate frosting option 8 ounces vegan cream cheese (kite hill) 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract blend in food processor until smooth
Instructions
mix the base layer ingredients in a food processor until a thick dough forms.
add the mixture into parchment paper muffin cups.
pour melted chocolate on top and then add some sprinkles.
place in the freezer to set for an hour and enjoy!
thaw a bit before eating and store in the freezer.
