Ingredients
mini chocolate loaves
1 and 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup + 3 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (see text for subs)
1 and 1/3 cup dairy free milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
cookie dough
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener
1/4 cup runny peanut butter
1/4 cup dairy free milk
1/3 cup (or more) chocolate chips
Instructions
mix the chocolate loaves ingredients in a mixing bowl until a thick and smooth batter forms.
pour into mini loaves pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
cool down and then add the cookie dough to the top.
mix the cookie dough ingredients in a bowl and then fold in the chocolate chips. top the loaves and enjoy!
best eaten day of but you can store in the fridge in an airtight container.
