Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder (see text for brand and grams)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup oat flour
6 tbsp almond milk
1/4 (or more) cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix all ingredients but the chocolate chips until a thick dough forms. then, fold in the chocolate chips with clean hands.
shape into mini cookie balls, about 1 and 1/2 tsp size worth and place on a parchment lined baking tray.
bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes depending on the size. if you want them harder and on the crunchier side, monitor and bake longer.
serve with dairy free milk and enjoy!
