Ingredients
3 cups boiled sweet potatoes cut into cubes
2 tbsp coconut cream
1.5 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 cup vegetable stock
1 lb pasta of your choosing
Instructions
cook pasta according to package directions. then, boil the sweet potatoes until tender, so about 12 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
drain the sweet potato cubes and add to a food processor with the other sauce ingredients.
blend until a thick and creamy consistency forms and mix in with the cooked pasta.
store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!
