Healthy Vegan Oat Flour Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp runny almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy free milk

Instructions

  • add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir until a batter forms.
  • use a soup ladle to evenly distribute the batter into 4 waffles.
  • pre heat your waffle maker and then spray with oil to prevent sticking.
  • cook according to manufacturer instructions. my waffle maker tells me when the waffles are done, so if yours doesn't just make sure you're closely monitoring so they don't burn.
  • serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
