1/4 cup dairy free milk (add more if dough is too dry)
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
sprinkles for topping
Instructions
add all ingredients but the sprinkles to a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms. if you want sprinkles dispersed in the batter then fold them in.
add the dough to a parchment lined bread loaf pan and flatten.
top with sprinkles by pressing them into the dough at the top.
place in the fridge for a few hours, cut into bars and enjoy. store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
