For the Donut Holes
1/2cupvanilla protein powder
1cupalmond flourplus more if needed
1tablespooncinnamon
1/2cupcreamy almond butter
1/4cupthick Greek yogurtplus more if needed
3tablespoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/8teaspoonalmond extractoptional
For the Coating
1/3cupLakanto powdered sugar
Optional: extra cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
In a food processor, blend all ingredients but the powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
If the dough is too dry, add a little more Greek yogurt. If it is too sticky, add more almond flour one tablespoon at a time.
Roll into small balls.
Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Toss in Lakanto powdered sugar, or powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
