Ingredients
1 box cooked pasta of your choosing
1 cup kalamata olives (pitted)
2 cups tomatoes cut into pieces
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup pepperoncini
1 large bell pepper cut into pieces
3/4 cup crumbled vegan feta
dressing
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp dried dill
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
cook the pasta according to package directions
whisk the dressing ingredients together in a bowl or just add directly to the pasta, veggies, vegan feta and olives.
mix everything together until well combined and enjoy!
