Ingredients
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp coconut sugar
1.5 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp applesauce
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (or however many you want)
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the ingredients in a bowl until a thick batter forms. transfer to a parchment lined baking tray and flatten with a spatula.
bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool down completely so the cookie holds its shape and enjoy!
store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
