Ingredients
10 large medjool dates pitted and flattened
Ferrero Rocher
1 cup medjool dates
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
chocolate coating
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
add the Ferrero Rocher ingredients to a food processor and blend until a dough forms.
add a large spoonful to the tops of flattened out medjool dates.
place in the freezer for 20 minutes and then melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil.
dunk the date bites into the chocolate and freeze for 30 minutes.
store i the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!
