Ingredients
2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup organic raw cane sugar
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup dairy free milk
3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
homemade or store bought vanilla frosting- see text for brand
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the cake ingredients until a thick batter forms and then fold in the chocolate chips.
place in a parchment lined 8 x 8 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 37 minutes.
cool down completely and then add vanilla frosting to the top. store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
