Ingredients
brownie layer
1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup gf oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1/3 cup chocolate chunks
cookie layer
1 cup + 2 tbsp gf oat flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp dairy free milk
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix all brownie ingredients and separately mix the cookie layer ingredients.
add the brownie ingredients to an 8 x 11 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
distribute the thick cookie dough on top of the brownies as much as possible and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
let the brookies cool completely before cutting into squares, this is very important.
store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
