1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk 1/3 cup avocado oil 1 packet rapid rising yeast 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2-1 tsp sea salt 2 and 1/2 cups organic all purpose unbleached flour a few tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning for topping
Instructions
add the yeast to a large mixing bowl. then, add warm almond milk and stir.
let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes and then add the oil, salt, seasoning and flour.
use your hands to mix the ingredients really well until a thick dough forms. knead it for a minute or so.
set aside for 20 minutes. after 20 minutes, use your hands to work the dough into the shapes of bagels.
evenly divide the dough into 6 parts and roll out into a bagel shape.
boil each bagel for about 1-1.5 minutes each and then add to a baking tray. add everything but the bagel seasoning
bake at 400 degrees for about 18 minutes and enjoy!
