Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (31g per scoop)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup runny peanut butter
1/3 cup dairy free yogurt (used kite hill greek)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup dairy free milk
1/3 cup (or more chocolate chips)
10-12 medjool dates
1 and 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips
Instructions
add the cookie dough protein ingredients to a bowl and mix until well-combined. fold in the chocolate chips.
cut open the medjool dates and flatten them. use a small ice cream scoop to evenly distribute the cookie dough and flatten it on top of the dates.
melt the chocolate chips and then coat each of the cookie dough bites in chocolate. sprinkle the top with a little sea salt or crushed pretzels.
place in the freezer for 30 minutes and then enjoy! store in the fridge in an airtight container.
