Ingredients
mousse
1/3 cup rolled gluten free oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup melted chocolate chips
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup dairy free milk
1/3 cup creamy dairy free yogurt
1/3 cup coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
if you want this on the sweeter side, you can add some maple syrup*
brownie bits
3 tbsp gf oat flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp dairy free milk
Instructions
add all mousse ingredients to a food processor and blend until a thick and creamy consistency forms.
place into small bowls and add the brownie bits to the top.
you can top with some melted chocolate mixed with dairy free yogurt if you would like, it's up to you!
let the mousse set for a few hours in the fridge and enjoy!
