Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup runny cashew or almond butter
1.2 ounces (one pack) freeze dried blueberries
3/4 cup melted coconut butter
Instructions
add all ingredients but the coconut butter to a food processor and blend until a thick and grainy dough consistency forms.
roll the dough into donut holes and add to a parchment paper lined plate.
place the donut holes in the freezer for 20 minutes.
then, coat the donut holes in the melted coconut butter and place back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes to set.
store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
