Ingredients
chia oat layer
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup oats
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cup dairy free milk
blueberry jam
10 ounces frozen blueberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
Instructions
mix the chia oat pudding ingredients together and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. rehydrate with more dairy free milk if it's too thick.
for the blueberry jam, add all ingredients to a pot and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until the jam is thick.
layer parfaits with the pudding and jam and add nut butter and fresh blueberries if you want.
store in an airtight container and enjoy!
