Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 tbsp sunbutter
3/4 cup dairy free milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips (or more)
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
add all ingredients but the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until a smooth batter forms.
then, fold in the chocolate chips, transfer to an oven safe ramekin and bake at 350 for 28 minutes.
