1/3 cup unsweetened dairy free milk (can add more if it's too thick)
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp runny peanut butter
1 Endangered Species Strong + Velvety Dark Chocolate 88% Cocoa bar cut into very small pieces
frosting layer
3/4 cup store bought vanilla or chocolate frosting
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees. mix the brownie layer ingredients in a bowl until a thick batter forms. place in an 8 inch round baking pan and bake for 22 minutes.
let the cake cool completely. mix the cookie dough layer ingredients in a bowl and once the brownie layer cools completely, spread it on top.
place in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes. then, add the frosting, top with more chocolate and enjoy!
you can store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
