Ingredients
16 ounces extra firm tofu 1/2 cup unsweetened plain soy milk 1/2 tsp sea salt (or more) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 cup chickpea flour 3/4 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
Instructions
preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
in a food processor, blend the extra firm tofu, unsweetened plain soy milk, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
transfer the mixture to a large bowl and fold in the chickpea flour until well combined.
pour the mixture into a large bread loaf pan, spreading it out evenly. top with the vegan mozzarella cheese. bake for 20 minutes.
turn on the broiler and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into breadsticks. serve warm and enjoy!
