Ingredients
1 cup runny peanut butter
2 scoops vanilla protein (62 g total)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup or more mini chocolate chips
Instructions
add all ingredients but the chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and stir until a thick batter-like consistency forms.
then, fold in the chocolate chips and add to a parchment lined bread loaf pan.
place back in the freezer for 4 hours and then cut into slices.
store in the freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
