add the brownie base ingredients to a food processor and blend until a thick batter forms. add a thick layer to the bottom of parchment paper muffin cups.
then, clean out the food processor and add the date caramel ingredients. blend until a smooth consistency forms and add a generous spoonful to the top of the brownie base.
add some chocolate chips and chopped pecans on top. then, place the no bake turtle brownie cups in the freezer for 30 minutes. after that, transfer them to the fridge to set another 30 minutes.
store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
