1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup wavelength chocolate protein powder 3/4 cup almond butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup date sugar (or coconut sugar) 1/3 cup gluten free oat flour (add more if needed 1 tbsp at a time) 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
glaze is 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
in a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
add the cocoa powder, protein powder, coconut sugar, oat flour, and sea salt to the wet mixture. stir until a thick dough forms. fold in the chocolate chips if using.
roll the dough into bite-sized balls (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
freeze for 30 minutes to firm up, dunk in the glaze, freeze another 30 min and then enjoy!
