Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup chopped raw pecans
1/2 cup raw slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped raw cashews
1/3 cup shredded desiccated coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
mix all of the cereal ingredients until well-combined and everything is coated.
transfer to a parchment lined baking tray and evenly distribute so that a rectangle forms.
bake at 325 degrees for 18 minutes. remove the tray, rotate it 180 degrees and bake another 12 minutes.
remove the cereal from the oven and let it cool down completely, at least 30 minutes. then, break the cereal apart.
serve with your favorite foods and enjoy! store in an airtight container on the counter.
