Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, coconut cream, Lifeway Kefir, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sea salt until creamy.
Stir in the quick oats and chia seeds until everything is evenly combined.
Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
